About me
I’M AN ARTIST- of all media: painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, jewelry design, fashion, bookbinding…etc- and of course graphic design - which is what i do for a living along with designing/editing publications for the Public Relations department of a University. I love art- i love to create art, i love to look at art- and it forever feels like I can’t get enough- i'm insatiable! I also LOVE MATH & SCIENCE - yes! odd for an artist, true. which is why, i suppose, it is quite hard for me to ever truly feel satisfied. I love to read- usually almost always nonfiction- books on evolution, biology, art & art history, quantum physics, books on astronomy (no- i didn't say astrology) - on the universe, our planets & theorys such as string theory or M-theory- books by Richard Dawkins, books on animals, dinosaurs etc. I crave knowledge- intensely- i want to know everything about everything- everything about me is excessive- I am a child with a juvenile expectation, & need, for instant gratification- i want it – I want the world & i want it now- no, yesterday- and so i party just as hard as i strive to learn ... I LOVE ANIMALS, and feel especially conncected to the lovely & ferocious feline species - big wild cats. small domestic kittys- I am involved with rescue, care & CNR (Catch- Neuter- Release) for feral cat colonies & take care of a group that live right outside of my house. I wish i could scoop up all of the injured. homeless, or abused animals in my arms & save them & love them- I hate that i can't ever do enough
